Choose The Right Food To Complement Hormones For Women

Our human body can generate more than 75 hormones. These hormones play an important role in our body. Women in a higher level of hormone looks much younger than women who are in a lower level. From 25 years old, the generation of hormones of our body decrease at 15% every decade. As its decreased, organs and organisms get older and atrophic. Our skin turn dim and our spirit is weary. At the year of 60, it is only 1/5 of former secretory volume.

Lack of hormone can bring on many disorders of woman, such as insomnia, headache, irregular menses, skin aging, fidget, chest distress and so on. So how to relieve the deficiency of hormone? Nutrition of Chinese medicine consider human as a whole organism. The five organs are relevant to five elements, five tastes and five colours. They are mutual generation and restriction. Food with different colors are associated with different organs inside body, so appropriate diet is helpful to hormone exudation.

Black and salt food is corresponding to kidney. And yellow and sweet food is corresponding to spleen. And liver is with green and sour food.

Yellow food and spleen

Yellow food can enhance function of stomach and spleen, revive energy, complement vitality. Then it can relieve symptom of deficiency of hormone exudation. It is not only helpful to digestive system, but also has effect in memory decline.

Main food

Bean curd, pumpkin, lemon, corn, banana, quail egg, soya bean, persimmon.

Black food and kidney

Black food can improve function of metabolism and reproduction which is corresponding to kidney, bladder and bones. It can regulate physiological function of body, impulse endocrine gland, increase saliva exudation. In addition, black food can accelerate digestion and blood production, and it has something to do with prevent aging too.

Main food

Black sesame, Jew’s-ear, mushroom, black kerneled rice, shrimp, seashell, black date, black bean.

Green food and liver

Green food contains chlorophyll and kinds of vitamins. All of these are good to liver which can prevent from constipation and incidence of rectum cancer. In addition, it can balance PH and make our body stronger.

Main food

Spinach, cabbage, celery, lettuce, leek, broccoli.
